Rugg lawn tractors

Emerging in the mid-20th century, E.T. Rugg established itself as a prominent creator of lawn care equipment during the 1960s and early 1970s. The company’s origins stretch back to 1898, though it wasn’t until 1931 that Rugg first began crafting manual push mowers. A new era dawned in 1960 with the introduction of powered, riding models. Following a sale in 1968, a series of organizational shifts ultimately led to the cessation of operations for Rugg in 1973.
