CNH and LS Forge Deeper Ties in Tractor Collaboration

CNH Industrial revealed plans to significantly broaden its established partnership with LS Tractor, the agricultural tractor arm of original equipment manufacturer LS Mtron. Recently formalized through a Memorandum of Understanding and a technical cooperation agreement, these initiatives are designed to amplify the existing collaboration with LS Tractor, enabling a more comprehensive product portfolio to gain a larger foothold in the market and solidify our prominence within the compact tractor sector.

This broadened accord outlines the financial and industrial stipulations for the local production of specific compact tractor models at both the CNH manufacturing facility in Greater Noida, India, and the LS Tractor production site in South Korea. This strategic move will capitalize on CNH’s manufacturing prowess and LS Tractor’s components and engineering expertise, accelerating our time to market and providing innovative solutions for our valued customers.

CNH anticipates that this enhanced range of compact tractors, produced at our Greater Noida plant, will allow us to serve a wider potential market, capitalizing on the strength and competitive advantages of our Indian supply network.

LS Tractor currently serves as the authorized commercial distributor for CNH’s New Holland Agriculture brand in South Korea, and boasts a rich history of collaborative efforts with CNH’s predecessor companies spanning over four decades. CNH Industrial is confident that these strategic alliances will further empower our ability to provide a greater variety of choices and customized solutions to address the distinctive needs of our farming clientele.
