Case IH is broadening its Farmall N series tractor range with the introduction of two new models – the Farmall 90N and 120N – joining the existing 80N, 100N, and 110N tractors. The complete lineup of five Farmall N models showcases refreshed aesthetics and sophisticated displays, enhanced cabin comfort and controls, and a greater fuel capacity. Demonstrating a continued dedication to environmental responsibility, these tractors now comply with Tier 4 B/Final emissions standards. The Farmall N series is highly regarded for its adaptable nature and compact design, making it ideal for operations in space-constrained environments like orchards and vineyards.
“These latest additions to the Farmall N series give our customers a wider selection of horsepower options, capable of handling any task – all without exceeding their budgets,” stated Greg Lucey, marketing manager for Case IH Farmall tractors. “Specialty crop growers require a reliable, versatile, and narrow tractor, and the Farmall N series can be precisely configured to meet their specific requirements, now with even more power choices.”
Expanded Range, Increased Capability
The newly styled Farmall N series now comprises five models, offering engines that range from 74 to 119 horsepower. The new Farmall 90N boasts an engine delivering up to 85 horsepower and 75 PTO horsepower, while the Farmall 120N achieves up to 119 horsepower and 102 PTO horsepower. With improved hydraulics and an enhanced driveline designed to minimize fuel consumption, the Farmall N series tractors maximize producers' operational time and efficiency, allowing them to dedicate more hours to fieldwork – where it truly counts.
Engineered to serve operations where space is at a premium with precision and comfort, the Farmall series tractors feature a robust platform construction with an ISO-mount that diminishes noise and vibration. Fatigue-reducing elements, such as a tilt and telescoping steering column, contribute to greater comfort during extended periods in the cab.
Standard safety features on all open-station tractors include an adjustable vinyl seat with an operator-presence sensor, a retractable seat belt, and a foldable mid-mounted roll bar for safety and maneuverability among low vines and tree branches. Servicing a Farmall N series tractor is simplified with uptime-enhancing features like tool-free access to the battery and radiator, and the ability to check engine oil without lifting the hood.
Continuing the Farmall Legacy
The introduction of these two additions to the Farmall N series swiftly followed the celebratory kickoff of the 100-year anniversary of the Farmall tractor. This iconic machine debuted in 1923 as a multi-purpose tractor designed to revolutionize the agricultural industry. Lucey commented, “It’s a particularly exciting time, both expanding the Farmall family of offerings and commemorating this important milestone. We’re proud of this achievement and anticipate another century of progress alongside our valued customers.”
