Introducing the 2024 Lineup of Case IH Tractors

Case IH – August 28, 2023

Case IH honors its legacy while forging ahead with a 2024 collection designed for enhanced purpose, cutting-edge technology, and superior performance – spanning from innovative electric models to adaptable subcompacts, culminating in the most formidable tractor the company has ever produced – the Steiger 715 Quadtrac. Indeed, this year marks a true “Era of the Tractor” for Case IH.

The Steiger 715 Quadtrac, now available for order, provides inherent power and swiftness, enabling operators to cover more ground in a reduced timeframe. The engine, rated at 715 horsepower with a peak output of 778, sets a new standard for capability, yet remains remarkably agile for any task.

“The Steiger 715 Quadtrac represents not merely our most powerful tractor to date, but a delivery of power with intention. It maximizes ground contact to accomplish more within a single day, while maintaining the maneuverability necessary for navigating even confined spaces,” states Tom Curley, Global Product Manager for Steiger at Case IH. “With the addition of the 715, the Steiger series solidifies its position as one of Case IH’s most versatile tractor offerings.”

Great power yields even greater efficiency. This latest Steiger model introduces a newly designed, heavy-duty Quadtrac undercarriage, increasing traction to match the engine's impressive horsepower. However, it also maintains the agility needed for diverse terrain, with improved visibility and ride quality to elevate the driving experience both on and off the field. Furthermore, a refined hood design, redesigned exhaust system, and advanced LED lighting combine to create a visually striking machine.

The Farm Progress Show 2023 provides the first opportunity for farmers to experience this level of power firsthand. At the Ride and Drive event, attendees will gain practical experience with these purposeful innovations:

An engine delivering a 15% increase in power to meet the demands of larger-scale operations, facilitating the use of wider implements with improved efficiency. The Steiger 715 is equipped with the FPT Industrial’s innovative C16 TST engine, a twin-stage turbine design collaboratively developed with Case IH specifically for this tractor.

This Quadtrac's robust undercarriage and extended track length enhance both traction and flotation, minimizing soil compaction.

An increased fuel capacity of up to 520 gallons allows for extended operation in the field, while visibility is greatly improved through a 27% increase in LED lighting and a redesigned exhaust system.

The Steiger 715 Quadtrac empowers operators with enhanced data visibility, seamless connectivity, and sophisticated automation tools to execute any task with heightened efficiency, regardless of who is at the controls. AFS AccuGuide establishes the foundation for precise pass-to-pass accuracy, offering customizable and repeatable levels to suit any operation, while AFS AccuTurn enables hands-free steering and automatic, repeatable end-row turns. Dual Pro 1200 displays provide access to real-time data across the entire fleet, enabling faster, more informed decision-making.

Expanding Solutions for a Wider Audience

As Farmall celebrates its centennial year, the brand also offers a preview of what the next century holds. The Farm Progress Show marks the unveiling of the Farmall 75C Electric, Case IH’s most intelligent electric tractor, the reimagining of the Farmall M – featuring classic aesthetics and modern, smart utility features – and the introduction of the Farmall 25SC Subcompact Tractor.

Farmall 75C Electric Tractor: The Farmall 75C Electric delivers performance comparable to diesel engines, boasting an average runtime of 4 hours and rapid recharging, along with lower operating costs. Combined with secure, user-friendly automated technologies, this quiet, comfortable, zero-emission utility tractor provides maximum versatility for tasks like vineyard maintenance, airfield clearing, or small herd management. Available for limited orders beginning in Q1 2024, the Farmall 75C Electric will make its debut at the Farm Progress Show.

Farmall M Series Tractor: As the quintessential all-around utility tractor, the Farmall M series continues to offer the dependable reliability you expect, now with a stronger, more fuel-efficient engine and a more comfortable operating environment. Ideal for both field and livestock applications, the Farmall M represents the return of a true icon.

Farmall 25SC Subcompact Tractor: This subcompact model provides rural lifestyle landowners with the all-purpose utility of a larger tractor, packaged in a simple, intuitive design. Delivering consistent efficiency, this tractor includes both rear and mid-PTO for mowing, snow removal, or completing other tasks without relying on borrowed equipment.

“With rising fuel costs and evolving regulations, tractor operators need smarter, more efficient power to get the job done,” says Joe Miller, Global Product Marketing Manager for Tractors at Case IH. “We recognize the growing demand for electric solutions for tasks such as vineyard upkeep, airfield maintenance, or managing small livestock herds, and our electric tractor is designed to meet these needs. For 2024, the Farmall electric tractor will be launched in select markets.”

'A Year Dedicated to the Tractor'

In total, Case IH will debut seven new or redesigned tractor models at the Farm Progress Show, offering a comprehensive range of solutions for operations of all sizes. This includes the Optum 340, designed to allow drivers to safely and efficiently manage livestock or dairy operations – and even crops – with a quieter, more comfortable operating environment. Introducing also the Farmall 25A, delivering a Tier 4 B/Final compliant engine for improved power performance, increased efficiency, and cleaner emissions.

“We base our R&D process on extensive customer feedback, ensuring that our tractors deliver the power, technology, and performance farmers require to meet today’s challenges,” says Miller. “We’re empowering farmers to accomplish more in less time, ultimately improving their operation’s return on investment.”
